The Foundation appreciates your support and invites you to reflect on the impact we’ve made together in 2021 on those working and living in the Greater Phoenix region.
Through its workforce collaboratives, the Foundation helped address our community’s growing skills gap by preparing Arizonans for careers in Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, Cybersecurity, Financial Services, Health Care, and Information Technology, and connecting them with Arizona’s top employers.

ElevateEdAZ, the Foundation’s education initiative prepared high school students to pursue college and career opportunities by connecting teachers to Arizona business and industry leaders to create a classroom curriculum and real-world experiences that offer students exposure to the workforce.
Wellness AtoZ, the Foundation’s Wellness initiative provided invaluable resources to employees and employers throughout the pandemic to help make Arizona and the Greater Phoenix region known as a destination leader for healthy talent and healthy communities by providing workplace wellness programs with free health and wellness toolkits.

The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation (the Foundation) convenes and catalyzes business, education, and community to enhance college and career readiness, develop a stronger workforce, and build healthier communities throughout Arizona.
The Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, leads the charitable and education initiatives of the Greater Phoenix Chamber under the four pillars of education, workforce development, wellness, and research.
