The Federal Housing Finance Agency publishes a quarterly HPI, a measurement of the price change in housing sales across Arizona and the United States by quarter. The HPI is a comprehensive collection of publicly available house price indexes that measure changes in single-family home values based on data that start in the 1970s and includes all 50 states and over 400 American cities.
