PHOENIX – The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation (GPCF) invites all Arizonans to get outdoors and participate in the Wellness Wonders of Arizona Fall Challenge.
As a component of GPCF’s Wellness AtoZ initiative, Wellness Wonders of Arizona showcases Arizona’s unique features while inspiring everyone to participate in easy and accessible activities. The Wellness Wonders of Arizona Fall Challenge brings together fun and healthy activities that business owners and their employees can do with their families, colleagues and even challenge other companies to a little healthy competition.
People who complete their 7 Wellness Wonders of Arizona Fall Challenge passport by Nov. 12 have a chance to win great prizes!
Wellness Wonders of Arizona Fall Challenge activities:
• Fall into Health Quiz – Test your seasonal health knowledge. Take the online quiz!
• Race Off – Walk or run in a race or find a running buddy.
• Mountains & Parks – Admire the fall colors at Arizona’s local, state or national parks.
• Farmers Markets & Gardens – Eat local! Visit a market, community garden or pick seasonal fruit at a local orchard.
• Canals & Green Spaces – Run, bike or walk Arizona’s open spaces.
• Tackle a Fall Sport – Get out and play a sport – any sport.
• Choose Your Own Adventure – Choose your own wellness adventure or outdoor activity.
Signing up to participate is a breeze!
• Sign up for a passport. It’s free!
• Complete one or more activities by Nov. 12.
• Log completed activities in your passport
• Win great prizes!
