One of the most hotly-debated and controversial pieces of legislation in recent Arizona history becomes law on January 1, 2008. The Legal Arizona Workers Act will impose serious penalties on Arizona businesses that knowingly employ undocumented workers. To help you be prepared for this new law, the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce has prepared this video presentation with expert analysis from Chamber members in the fields of law, human resources and public relations.

Thanks to our sponsors, Gallagher and Kennedy, HR Choice and R&R Partners, and to Cox Cable for their help in the production of this presentation. We hope you will find it informative and that you will utilize the resources mentioned at the end of the video to find more information.
