Phoenix, AZ (January 9, 2019) – Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C., a leading Phoenix-based law firm, is pleased to announce that Fay W. Bidlack, Lindsay G. Leavitt, and R. Ryan Womack have been elected Members (Partners) of the firm, effective January 1, 2018.

Bidlack focuses her practice in the areas of business and real estate transactions, restructuring and creditor rights, and commercial litigation. She earned a J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and a B.A., with a focus in Spanish and Philosophy, from Edgewood College, where she received the distinction of summa cum laude. Bidlack is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) for which she currently
serves on the Board of Directors and Chairs the Programs Committee. She was recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2014-2018) and by AzBusiness Leaders 2019 as a top Bankruptcy/Reorganization professional.
Leavitt focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment, commercial litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, administrative law, and personal injury litigation. He has extensive experience assisting businesses with issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Leavitt earned a J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and a B. Ed. from the University of Alberta.
Womack focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, and premises liability. He earned a J.D. from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach and a B.S. in Business Administration and Biology/Chemistry from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and serves on the Arizona Chamber of Commerce’s Healthcare Committee.
