Project Description: The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation (Foundation) is soliciting proposals from qualified marketing firms (Firm) to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services to evaluate and enhance the marketing and branding strategy for ElevateEdAZ, an education initiative focused on improving college and career readiness of Arizona’s high school students.

The Foundation is soliciting proposals from qualified Firms to enhance ElevateEdAZ’s marketing collateral and communications strategy (website, print collateral, pitch deck, and social media).
- Background
The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation (the Foundation) convenes and catalyzes business, education, and community to enhance college and career readiness, develop a stronger workforce, and build healthier communities throughout Arizona. The Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, leads the charitable and education initiatives of the Greater Phoenix Chamber under the four pillars of education, workforce development, wellness, and research.
ElevateEdAZ prepares individuals for college and career through stronger alignment between education, business, and the community. ElevateEdAZ currently has five partner schools in two school districts in Arizona. Thanks to additional funding, ElevateEdAZ is projected to expand to 13 total schools across four districts in the 2022-2023 school year.
- Scope of Work
The project is expected to be completed by September 30, 2022. Proposals should include but are not limited to:
- Conducting research (such as interviews and focus groups)
- Auditing existing brand and marketing materials (including website, social media and brand guidelines)
- Developing user personas
- Creating new and improved collateral to increase stakeholder engagement (students and families, teachers and businesses.)
- Recommending media buys to increase exposure
Specifications
2.1 Qualifications
The Firm must be a local agency with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, website development and social media engagement. The Firm must have experience working with educational institutions, students and families.
2.2 Timeline
The term of this agreement will run from July to September 2022.

Proposals are due no later than Friday, July 15, 2022 at 5:00PM MST.
3.2 Proposal Requirements
Vendor’s qualifications experience and references
1) Provide resume, including background and qualifications. Indicate team members that will be engaged in the project.
2) Describe experience doing similar work and accomplishments relevant to this scope of work from the last two years.
3) Relevant samples of branding projects.
Fee Schedule
Project costs not to exceed $30,000. Detail all costs incidental to the contract in your proposal. Vendor will not be allowed to charge for costs not listed in the proposal.
3.3 Submission Requirements
Proposals should not exceed 20 pages.
