Phoenix Businesses Invited to Be Principal for a Day

Are you a local business or community leader looking to give back to Phoenix schools? We have an opportunity for you! The City of Phoenix Youth and Education Office is looking for business executives and community leaders to join their Partner with a Principal program.

During the weeks of Sept. 19 through Oct. 14, participants will go back to school, but this time, spending the day as a principal. Afterwards, they will work with school administrators to discuss how local businesses, community leaders and schools can form lasting partnerships to improve the quality of education, workplace readiness and leadership development programs in Phoenix.

Applications are open through Friday, Sept. 2! Those interested in participating in the Partner with a Principal program can learn more and apply at phoenix.gov/education. Participants can also attend a virtual information session on Sept. 7 at 4 p.m.
