LaDonna Corn, Senior Vice President – Project Manager and Tempe Strategic Initiative Manager has been employed with Northern Trust for 29 years. In this 29-year career she has been apart of several of Northern’s business lines and spending a vast majority of tenure 16-years in the Asset Management division of the bank.
LaDonna moved into her present role in May 2023 and over the last two years she has made extensive contributions to Northern Trust in Tempe. Helping to promote the Northern Trust brand, she has become heavily involved in the community as well as helping to oversee the eleven employee-led Business Resource Councils Northern Trust currently has. “LaDonna also serves as a mentor to partners who are navigating through their own personal career goals (or career journeys), offering invaluable insight to different segments within the company based on her tenure and long-standing partnerships with professionals within the organization. She also is heavily involved in supporting a team of partners known as the Cornerstone Connectors who strive to make the work place a “one of a kind” positive and welcoming environment to be a part of.”
LaDonna was also a finalist for the Robin Reed Award in 2024, this was the first year the award has been given and her contribution to the community, helped her to achieve this prestigious nomination.
LaDonna has a passion for giving back and supporting those in need. Over the past 10 years since she has relocated to Arizona from Chicago, she has bought her passion for helping others, supporting the booster clubs at her son’s high school.
LaDonna is currently a member of the Valley of the Sun United Way (Women United) as well as a mentor for the program, a CASA volunteer for Maricopa County (Court Appointed Special Advocate), an ACP Mentor (American Corporate Partners) an organization to help women veterans convert from the service to civilian life.
LaDonna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and an Entrepreneurship from Tennessee State University. She holds a MBA in Finance and MPA in Not for Profit from Keller Graduate School of Management.
