This transformation reflects the organization’s continued commitment to helping individuals age safely, independently, and with peace of mindânow with a fresh, modern identity that resonates with the community’s evolving needs.
Arizona is at the epicenter of a dramatic demographic shift, with the number of residents aged 65 and older projected to increase by 41% by 2030. Over the next five years, Arizona is expected to see the fastest-growing senior population of any state. As the demand for aging services rises, AllThrive 365 is evolving to meet the growing needâexpanding its impact beyond its original focus on adult day health centers and housing to become the 5th largest healthcare nonprofit in Arizona, providing not just health programs, but also housing and connection.
Since its founding by the Diocese of Phoenix in 1974, FSL has been at the forefront of empowering individuals to embrace aging with confidence. The shift to AllThrive 365 represents more than just a name changeâit is a renewed dedication to ensuring that people can live well every day of the year with the support, resources, and care they need. This transformation was shaped through an extensive, collaborative process that engaged internal and external stakeholders, including staff, board members, donors, community partners, and the individuals and families served by the organization.
Through strategic workshops, one-on-one discussions, and surveys, the AllThrive 365 team worked closely with employees, caregivers, and community members to understand which elements of the FSL identity were most valued and where there were opportunities to evolve. This inclusive approach ensured that the rebrand honorâs FSL’s trusted legacy while embracing a modern identity that reflects the community’s changing needs. By incorporating voices from across the organization, the new brand embodies the mission and vision that have always driven FSL forwardâensuring that all in the community thrive confidently every day of the year.

Ideas Collide, a marketing and branding agency known for elevating the impact of mission-driven organizations, led the rebranding effort in collaboration with FSL’s marketing and communications team.
