In this role, Graham will provide strategic leadership and guidance to help organizations strengthen their resilience against today’s rapidly evolving cyber threats. He leads comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments, IT governance reviews, and compliance evaluations using top industry frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27000, FedRamp, CMMC, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOC2. Graham also empowers leadership teams to build resilience, make informed decisions, and foster cultures of cybersecurity excellence by providing incident response planning and crisis management, executive mentoring, and board-level coaching.

Graham brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across Fortune 200 companies to the role, spanning critical sectors including aviation, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and technology. Prior to joining REDW, he served as the Global Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at NetJets, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he led the transformation of IT into an Agile Product Management organization, dramatically improving delivery timelines and operational alignment. Under his leadership, NetJets became one of Forbes’ top 100 most secure companies in the United States. He also guided the company through the 2024 CrowdStrike global outage, restoring operations in less than five hours and leading to one of the company’s highest revenue days.
Graham also held leadership positions at EBSCO Industries, where he served as Global Chief Information Officer, and in executive cybersecurity roles at First Data Corporation, McKesson, Capgemini, and Hewlett-Packard. At First Data, he led a global transformation of the security division and represented the company on the PCI Security Standards Council Board of Advisors. He developed customer-facing security services that delivered $25 million in annual cost savings and led acquisition strategies that supported PCI compliance for merchants. His work consistently positioned cybersecurity as a strategic business enabler and differentiator.
Graham holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Georgia Southern, and an Associate of Science in natural and applied theoretical sciences. He is certified in CISA, CISM, CISSP, and CRISC, and is a lead instructor for CISSP security courses. A member of NACD and multiple global security organizations, he serves as a board advisor to emerging cybersecurity firms including Mind.io, Guardare Cybersecurity, and Tampa Bay Wave.
