PHOENIX, Ariz. and Santa Fe, NM (January 1, 2026) – Gallagher & Kennedy is pleased to announce that corporate, securities, and business law attorney Guillaume J. Aimé has been elected a shareholder effective January 1, 2026.
Guillaume advises businesses of all sizes on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and SEC compliance for private and public companies. His work spans industries such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and media, where he helps clients navigate complex transactions and regulatory obligations.

Since joining G&K after law school in 2018, Guillaume has supported major deals across both private and public markets—from large-scale mergers and acquisitions to significant financing transactions. He also counsels start-ups and small businesses on corporate structure, governance, and commercial contracts.
Originally from Paris, Guillaume earned his B.S. in France before moving to Arizona in 2010 to pursue his MBA in Advanced Financial Strategies and M&A from Grand Canyon University. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Arizona State University, graduating with an award for academic excellence in Securities Regulation, and served as Executive Articles Editor on the Arizona Law Journal. Guillaume also earned a coveted one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Steven P. Logan on the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in 2020.
