Texas real estate investment and development heavyweight Crow Holdings intends to expand its Valley footprint in the apartment sector with the opening of a Phoenix office for Trammell Crow Residential, its multifamily division.
Not only has Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) opened its new Phoenix office this month, but the Dallas-based firm said it simultaneously opened a new office in Nashville, Tennessee, another hot growth market.
