PHOENIX, AZ — Leadership Edge Live, a Phoenix-based leadership development platform, has announced a new partnership with March of Dimes to launch LEAP 2026, a six-month leadership development cohort designed for established leaders in the Phoenix area.
The program blends in-person workshops, virtual reinforcement sessions, coaching, assessments, and applied leadership tools. Registration opens January 26, with in-person sessions beginning in late April in the Phoenix area.
What distinguishes LEAP 2026 is its community impact model. All program profits will be donated directly to March of Dimes, supporting the organization’s mission to improve maternal and infant health and advance health equity for families.
“LEAP 2026 reflects a shared commitment to developing strong leaders while strengthening the communities they serve,” said Shawn Snyder, President at Leadership Edge Live. “This initiative gives Arizona leaders the opportunity to invest in their growth while directly supporting healthier starts for moms and babies.”
The cohort is designed for professionals with at least two years of leadership experience and follows a three-part curriculum focused on Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading Organizations. Participants will engage in a mix of peer learning, real-world application, and individualized coaching.
