As Director of Operations for Stingley Management, Inc., Angela Clervoix represents the next generation of leadership in one of the Greater Phoenix area’s long-standing family-owned McDonald’s organizations. Based in Phoenix, she oversees daily operations across seven restaurant locations across Phoenix including Sky Harbor International Airport, leading 400 employees while driving performance, culture, and strategic growth.
Angela’s journey into the business began long before her title began. At just nine years old, she was already learning the fundamentals of serving guests, taking orders, and understanding firsthand what it means to deliver great service. That early exposure evolved into deep operational knowledge and respect for the business, as she worked her way through every level from crew member to leadership and gained hands-on experience that continues to shape her leadership style today.
In 2025, Angela and her team achieved a major milestone, surpassing $25 million in sales while delivering over 6% sales growth and a 2% increase in guest counts. These results reflect a disciplined, value-driven approach that has remained consistent throughout the organization’s history. By staying closely attuned to customer behavior and broader economic trends, Angela has continued to guide the business with a steady, thoughtful hand.
A key component of that strategy has been a long-term commitment to smart pricing. For nearly a decade, the organization has utilized the Deloitte pricing engine, allowing for small, data-informed adjustments to navigate supply chain shifts without disrupting the customer experience. As franchise operators, Angela maintains control over pricing decisions. A responsibility grounded in a simple but powerful principle passed down from her parents: stay focused, deliver quality, and manage costs with precision.
That balance of discipline and forward-thinking was also evident in a pivotal move in 2023, when the family divested eight restaurants as part of a broader succession plan. This decision created the financial flexibility to reinvest in the business, support future growth, and position Angela to take on expanded leadership while enabling her parents’ transition toward retirement.
While financial performance is critical, Angela is equally focused on building a people-first culture, an area she has intentionally developed since 2020. With guidance from a Disney consultant, she implemented changes designed to better understand and support her team at every level. Today, that commitment is reflected in a robust set of employee benefits and development opportunities. She took to heart statistics she learned that 80% of employees would choose additional benefits over pay.
All employees, including full-time, part-time, and new hires, receive access to free telehealth services, including mental health support, for themselves and members of their household. This benefit has proven invaluable, offering immediate access to care and reducing barriers for busy employees and families. In addition, team members have access to ESL programs, GED support, and tuition assistance through Archways to Opportunity, as well as tuition-free degree programs through Colorado Technical University.
Angela’s leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that when people feel supported, businesses perform better. By investing in her team’s well-being and growth, she has created a culture that drives both retention and results.
Currently, Angela is participating in McDonald’s Next Generation program, a 6–18 month pathway designed to prepare future owner/operators. As a 49% owner at Stingley Enterprises, she is on track to become a licensed operator, with plans to continue expanding the organization alongside her leadership team.
With a foundation built on family legacy, operational excellence, and a forward-looking mindset, Angela Clervoix is helping shape the future of her organization while continuing to make a meaningful impact on her team, her customers, and the Greater Phoenix community.
