Rose brings more than 30 years of healthcare industry experience.  Roger is a senior healthcare executive with C-Suite level experience. He is known for delivering world-class solutions that connect strategic business and financial goals with optimal clinical outcomes. He has extensive experience and a consistent record of accomplishments in both domestic and international markets delivering excellent financial results. He is well-versed in assisting organizations create a winning strategy. Roger is experienced developing best-in-class products and services resulting in numerous positive outcomes.

Most recent roles include President RTI Donor Services and Executive Vice President RTI Surgical. He developed and led the Cardiothoracic, OEM and Sports Medicine businesses while at RTI.  His career includes time at J&J, Nellcor, Herman Miller, Stryker and RTI Surgical.
