Amazon announced this week a $700 million plan to retrain 100,000 workers by 2025, a third of its workforce.

The plan could be a huge boost for Arizona, where 15,000 Amazon employees live and work. Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN) employees will be able to enroll in training programs that provide more upward mobility and allow them to advance in their careers or find new ones in skilled or non-technical fields. The programs will be free and voluntary.
