Since 1985 Southwest has hosted our annual LUV Classic Golf Tournament which has a longstanding tradition of helping children’s charities.
This year the event was canceled in light of COVID-19, so we celebrated the LUV Classic in a unique way by donating $1 million to 101 local charities who focus on serving children, their families, and communities. An organization in every domestic city we served received a donation, including Phoenix based organizations Native American Connections and A New Leaf.
Over the past 35 years, the LUV Classic has supported 213 charities across the country and donated more than $19 million to support life-changing programs and services for children and their families.
