Phoenix – Jan. 24, 2024 – Ken Garff Kia Bell Rd is pleased to announce their extensive dealership remodel and will hold a ceremony to commemorate the groundbreaking on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024, at 11 a.m., 2121 East Bell Road, Phoenix.
The groundbreaking event will commence the remodel of the interior and exterior of the 40,000-square-foot dealership. The $5 million project includes an additional 3,000-square-feet to the showroom, floor-to-ceiling windows across the front of the building, a redesigned customer lounge with a children’s play area and an internet bar with café-style seating. The single-phase renovations are expected to finish in late 2024.
Event attendees will explore the temporary location and discover the new building design that showcases Ken Garff Kia’s commitment to innovation and style. With an all-new modern design, cutting-edge technology, and a dedicated team of professionals, the dealership is poised to set new standards in the automotive industry.
One event highlight is to present a new vehicle to a family of eight. Ken Garff Kia Bell Road partners with The Foster Alliance, formerly Arizona Helping Hands, for the second year in a row to honor a local family in need.
