Applications for Catalyze Class 4 are now open! Catalyze is a six-month learning experience designed to empower Arizona’s leaders by providing them with the skills and tools they need to make a positive impact in our community. With a format that includes virtual learning sessions and in-person social events, participants are able to engage when and where it works best for them.
We would greatly appreciate your help in spreading the word! Here are four ways you can help:
- Share the opportunity. Referral and word of mouth is how many people hear about VL’s programs, so we encourage you to share with your company and community organizations.
- Schedule a presentation with our team. We’d love to schedule time to share more about Catalyze with your organization. Please contact Carrie Larson at carrie@valleyleadership.org for more information.
- Participate in the program. Catalyze is a great way to stay updated on the issues while making valuable new connections with other Arizonans committed to strengthening our state. Apply by May 31st.
- Do all of the above!

One of our community partners, Valley Leadership, has opened up applications for Catalyze Class 4. Catalyze is a leadership development program designed for individuals who are Driven to Do for Arizona.
During the program, participants will:
- Connect (virtually and in-person) with fellow Arizonans who are passionate about the community.
- Expand their knowledge and perspectives of the issues facing Arizona – and explore them with the people working on them each day.
- Participate in unique experiences to help navigate challenges in their personal, professional and community life.
- Engage in personal reflection and development activities to help them understand their personal motivations and skills in context of what they can do for Arizona.
- Make a plan for how they’ll make a difference going forward – personally, professionally and as part of VL’s Impact Maker work.
Applications for Catalyze Class 4 are now open, and we encourage you to apply today.
