On January 22, 2024, Heliae Development, LLC, was awarded a USDA Fertilizer Production Expansion Program (FPEP) grant in the amount of $2,257,469. This grant was one of 42 awards for independent business owners to help them modernize equipment, adopt new technologies, build production plants and more. This funding helps boost domestic fertilizer production, strengthen competition and lower costs for U.S. farmers. We are thrilled to announce this significant funding milestone in our commitment to provide sustainable agriculture solutions to more rural communities across the country.
These funds will directly support the expansion of production for PhycoTerra® and PhycoTerra® ST for increased distribution to nine western states.
