Meet Kevin M. Scott, Director of Business Services for Peckham, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, Kevin provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Peckham’s Customer Service Contact Center, leading a team of more than 200 managers, supervisors, and customer service professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and measurable results.
Headquartered in Lansing, Michigan, Peckham is a nonprofit vocational rehabilitation organization committed to creating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and others facing barriers to employment. Since 1976, the organization has helped people develop valuable skills, gain meaningful work experience, and achieve greater independence through competitive employment. Peckham serves government and commercial clients across multiple business lines while advancing its mission of workforce inclusion and community impact.
As Director of Business Services, Kevin maintains strong customer relationships and provides operational leadership for Peckham’s federal contracts. He oversees program execution, supports staff development, and serves as a key liaison across the organization. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with contract requirements, meeting performance standards and cost objectives, and directing all phases of contact center operations and special projects from inception through successful completion. His leadership has been instrumental in driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Journalism from Delaware State University and is a proud 12-year U.S. Air Force veteran. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is also an accomplished author. His debut novel, Shadows & Deceit: Betrayed, Uncertain, Relentless, is the first installment in a compelling urban thriller series. He is also the author of Chatterboxes, a collection of short stories that explore human emotions, everyday experiences, and unexpected moments of insight.
