Housing Price Index (HPI)

The Federal Housing Finance Agency publishes a quarterly HPI, a measurement of the price change in housing sales across Arizona and the United States by quarter. The HPI is a comprehensive collection of publicly available house price indexes that measure changes in single-family home values based on data that start in the 1970s and includes all 50 states and over 400 American cities. It includes tens of millions of home sales and offers insights into house price changes at many regional levels.
