About the Roles Spectrum is hiring 150 Inbound Sales Representatives who will handle inbound customer calls, help customers find the right Internet, Mobile and TV solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Spectrum is also hiring 60 Digital Support Specialists who will assist customers with digital tools, troubleshoot account or product issues, and support Spectrum’s growing digital service platforms.
