From public safety to infrastructure, the decisions made today will shape Maricopa County’s future.
The Greater Phoenix Chamber, alongside Maricopa County, hosted the 2nd Annual State of the County, bringing Valley business and government leaders together to discuss the County’s priorities and future.
Chair Kate Brophy McGee highlighted key initiatives spanning secure elections, a proposed $4 billion FY2027 budget, eviction prevention, expanded access to court ordered mental health treatment and tools to improve development planning and transparency. County Manager Jen Pokorski then joined her for a fireside chat on the challenges and opportunities shaping the region.
