Meet the Chamber’s New Team Members!    

The Chamber is thrilled to welcome some fresh faces to our growing team. A big welcome to Nicole Eberhart, Haley Pittman, Torie Hayes, and Brianna Bonilla! These talented individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise, and we can’t wait for you to get to know them better.

Nicole Eberhart, Director of Development & Events

  1. Tell us about your professional and educational history.
    I’ve been in the event production industry for 21 years. I started as a wedding planner and moved into corporate planning.
  2. Why did you want to work for the Chamber?
    I’ve heard so many wonderful things about the Chamber as an organization and wanted to be part of a team that supports our local community.
  3. What’s your most used productivity hack?
    Setting 25-minute timers throughout the day. It helps me stay on track.
  4. What’s the most exciting part of your job?
    Every day is different.
  5. What do you like to do outside of work for fun?
    I love hiking, spending time with my family & friends, going to Sedona, and visiting local museums.
  6. What are your favorite places and things to do in the Valley?
    The Phoenix Art Museum, the Botanical Gardens, Piestawa Peak hiking trail, the Biltmore, and Andaz Resorts.

Haley Pittman, Director of Development & Programming

  1. Tell us about your professional and educational history.
    I have a diverse background spanning non-profit work and IT consulting, and proudly hold a degree from the University of South Florida – GO BULLS!
  2. Why did you want to work for the Chamber?
    I wanted to work for the Greater Phoenix Chamber because I saw it as an opportunity to contribute to the growth and prosperity of the Phoenix community. The Chamber plays a pivotal role in promoting economic development, supporting local businesses, and fostering a vibrant business environment. I was inspired by their mission and wanted to be a part of an organization that makes a meaningful impact in the city I call home.
  3. What motivates you at work?
    What motivates me at work is my passion for being a connector. I find great satisfaction in bringing people and businesses together, helping them find their ideal fit within an organization.
  4. What’s your most used productivity hack?
    My top productivity hack involves time blocking, where I then put in my air pods and listen to peaceful piano music to power through a project.
  5. What’s the most exciting part of your job?
    What excites me about my job is meeting new people and discovering ways to connect our businesses back to the Chamber and Phoenix Community.
  6. What do you like to do outside of work for fun?
    Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband, 3-year-old son, and our two dogs. I love grilling and trying new recipes on my Traeger. You can always find me watching football on weekends and exploring my new state with the family.
  7. What are your favorite places and things to do in the Valley?
    I’m always open to recommendations! I’m still getting to know the Valley, so I’m not sure about much yet. Feel free to suggest things to do and restaurants to try; I’m eager to explore and discover new favorites.

Torie Hayes, Program Coordinator

  1. Tell us about your professional and educational history.
    I am originally from Scottsdale, AZ and decided to attend Arizona State University for school. I recently graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business in May with a degree in Sports Marketing and an International Business Certificate. Go Devils!
  2. Why did you want to work for the Chamber?
    The Chamber is such an integral part of our community, and it got me excited to be a part of something with such a huge impact. I have always loved being involved and this was the perfect opportunity to stay connected while growing my knowledge within the community.
  3. What motivates you at work?
    People! Whether it be my amazing coworkers or the people and organizations we work with, there is always something to look forward to each day at work.
  4. What’s your most used productivity hack?
    I LOVE using reminders. Whenever I think of something, I will either write it down or add it to my phone. It helps me to stay organized when juggling multiple tasks every day.
  5. What’s the most exciting part of your job?
    The most exciting part of my job would have to be all the incredible events I get to attend all over the Valley. Although I am from here, I have already discovered so many new things. Whether I am checking out a spot or connecting with people, every day is so different and never fails to excite me.
  6. What do you like to do outside of work for fun?
    Outside of work, I love going to concerts! My friends and I love going to different venues around Phoenix to listen to different types of music.
  7. What are your favorite places and things to do in the Valley?
    I am also a big foodie, so I love exploring new restaurants in the Valley. Some of my favorites are the Montauk, Buck & Rider, and Toca Madera!

Brianna Bonilla, Marketing Coordinator

  1. Tell us about your professional and educational history.
    In 2022, I graduated from Drake University with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication and a minor in Sociology. Before accepting my position at the Foundation, I worked in marketing, communications, and business development in the healthcare field.
  2. Why did you want to work for the Chamber?
    One of the things that drew me to the Foundation is the sincere dedication to making a difference and supporting communities across Arizona.
  3. What motivates you at work?
    Knowing that people depend on me and my commitment to my work is the driving force that helps me stay motivated.
  4. What’s your most used productivity hack?
    I like setting reminders and planning my week to stay on top of projects and tasks.
  5. What’s the most exciting part of your job?
    The most exciting part of my job is collaborating with others working towards a common goal – supporting and engaging with local communities.
  6. What do you like to do outside of work for fun?
    Outside of work, I enjoy music. I play instruments – guitar, bass, and piano. I also like to attend concerts and shows, supporting local bands and artists.
  7. What are your favorite places and things to do in the Valley?
    I enjoy hiking and outdoor sports like baseball during the cool months.
